Online zoom private training
3 30 or 2 45 minute sessions per week …through zoom
Once payment is received
A zoom call to set out goals . And explain how the program works
Access to the ADF training and nutrition app
Access to the RYPT training app where training plans will be laid out (this expires at end of plan ).
A weekly check in day where you will fill in your questionnaire and send it via email or WhatsApp on the given day before 11am
Changes will be made no later than 24hours after your check in
Support from 7am to 10pm at night through WhatsApp.
Initially I had 3 goals starting out, this then changed to 4 (😂) , summarised below:
1) Enhance performance on the pitch ✅
2) Educate myself around recovery ✅
3) Improve running technique ✅
4) Educate myself around nutrition & various food groups ✅
I haven’t ticked those off for the sake of it, I took responsibility & knew I could get the answers for these questions from you, because I put all of my trust in you & bought into the plan. I’ve played 3 challenge games along with a championship game Sunday & I’ve never ever felt as sharp. Anytime I’d an issue around recovery, you pointed me in the right direction, be it towards increasing my protein intake, adding in daily stretches or ensuring I warm up thoroughly before hand. I received multiple videos from you to improve my running technique & I think & feel like I am running far more efficiently now.
Lastly, nutrition wise, I feel like I’ve gained most. I’ve always loved cooking & with the KYN book, along with the nutrition book of your own I could mix & match while knowing I was on track. Macros were also something I didn’t know enough about, from which I’m more clued in on now.
Your an absolute gent to work with, very friendly, approachable & a master of your craft. Your attention to detail & passion for your job is second to none & I felt I could relate to you as we had similar interests in the GAA. I honestly couldn’t recommend you highly enough, top class service.

I got in touch with Alan back in January when I began my college placement.
I have always had an interest in sports and fitness but was very disorganised with my gymwork and especially my diet.
We chatted for a few days and he put in place a very effective nutrition and gym plan to suit my needs.
Over the course of the last 8-10 weeks alan regularly re-structured my programme to keep me improving, he was in constant contact with me over my progress and was very quick to respond to any questions or queries I had.
